Will you join us for brown bag lunch on Friday, October 12 in Spokane? - reply invited!

The NAAEE annual conference is only 3 weeks away - are you attending? Here are a few workshops/sessions that directly related to the Guidelines for Excellence:

Train the Trainer Workshop: NAAEE’s Environmental Education Guidelines for Community Engagement, Wednesday – all day

Updated and Revised - K-12 Environmental Education: Guidelines for Excellence, Thursday, 2:30pm

An Introduction to Community Engagement: Guidelines for Excellence, Friday 8:30am

eePro Group – Guidelines for Excellence Brownbag Lunch, Friday 1pm - all are invited to come learn the newest projects, updates, and how you can get involved.

What other sessions are related to Guidelines for Excellence?
Are you presenting, what is your session about, why should we prioritize attending?
What are you hoping to gain from attending the conference? How are you planning to contribute to the impact and success of the conference?
Let's get a conversation going here on eePro. Then, we look forward to seeing many of you in Spokane in a few weeks.

I'm doing a workshop on the Earth Force 6-step Process on Wednesday. It really fits well into the guidelines for excellence and integrates community engagement into civics/ environmental education into an easy to follow PBL format. We only have a few spots left- hope to see you there!

I will be in the Train the Trainer workshop for the Community Guidelines! Very excited because I am only slightly familiar with the resource, and I think it will be well received in North Carolina.
