Introduction to Nature Based Leadership: Live, learn, lead and serve in healthy balance with nature

Date and Time:

Thursday, June 2, 2022, 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Webinar Date & Time: June 2, 7:00–8:00 PM Eastern / 4:00–5:00 pm Pacific

Antioch University New England invites you to join Cheryl Charles, one of the leaders of the worldwide movement to reconnect people with nature, for a free webinar on the emerging field of nature-based leadership.

In a world in which people are increasingly disconnected from the healthy, generative, and renewing ways of nature, nature-based leadership is a refreshing framework for living a life in a healthy balance—both personally and professionally.

Nature-based leadership is inherently collaborative. It differs significantly from current mechanistic and hierarchical leadership models. The concepts apply in personal and professional settings, including, and not limited to, home and family environments as well as business, education, non-profit organizations, the health sector, and more.

The webinar introduces participants to some of the concepts to be covered in a three-day in-person Nature Based Leadership Workshop to be offered on October 15 – 17, 2022. The Leadership Workshop is also available for three graduate credits if the workshop is combined with additional coursework. The additional coursework is online and runs from Oct. 1 to Dec. 6th.
