Mindfulness in the Daily Cup of Tea is a graduate-level virtual course for PreK–9th-grade teachers. Focus on establishing daily practices of SEL through nature immersion, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and practical plant literacy, including wild and cultivated tea drinking practices. Students gain focus through these regulatory practices, then dive deep into the NGSS/Common Core standards addressed through herbal and botanical experiences in the school yard and surrounding area.
